Recently, the LLP-B1815×7500×2 dual-mode shaper vulcanizer for engineering tires of Sanming Doublewheel Chemical Machinery has successfully passed the on-site review of the expert panel during the review of the first major technical equipment and intelligent manufacturing equipment in Fujian Province. This equipment is independently developed and manufactured by Sanming Doublewheel Chemical Machinery. It has made great breakthroughs in principle, structure, performance, and function and possessed independent intellectual property rights.

The strength and rigidity of the whole equipment not only meet the machine performance and requirements but also satisfy the production process requirements of tire vulcanizing machine. Regarding efficiency improvement and energy saving, the dual-mode equipment can shorten the production time for users and save more than 30% of energy than a vulcanizing tank. It uses two mold halves to produce large-sized engineering radial tires, which is more than twice as efficient as single-mode vulcanizer.

This model has six innovation highlights, reaching the leading domestic level. First, the rigid and stable structural design of the tire gripping device and the vertical quick adjusting mechanism with double upright posts. Second, the central mechanism adopts a direct push type structure to realize the integration of the central mechanism and the demoulding mechanism and automatically set the shaper height. Third, turning over and unloading the tire improves the process to avoid the impact when the tire rolls into the raceway frame. Fourth, an electric inflation device is adopted after mold adjustment to reduce the load-bearing of the lower clamp ring mandrill as well as deformation and working intensity. Fifth, the finished tire is transported by adopting a brand-new rolling way to turn over. Sixth, the innovative concept improves the turning device, and the turning state of the tire changed from horizontal to vertical. These innovations amazed experts at the moment and played a key role in successfully passing the review.
