Recently, GRM, together with Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., has been included into the bank for developing the first leading industrial enterprises of Guangxi. It is reported that only six machinery manufacturers (first batch) have been included into the bank.

Founded in 1966, GRM, thanks to its innovation-driven development over the past 50-plus years, has become a specialized manufacturer of rubber machineries such as tire vulcanizers, forming machine and extruder, with an annual capacity of over 500 tire vulcanizers and other rubber machineries (32,000t). So far, as one of flagship machinery manufacturers in Guangxi, GRM has manufactured over 7,500 tire vulcanizers. Its maximum annual output of tire vulcanizer has reached 518, with an annual sales revenue of more than RMB600 million.

As the first state-level enterprise technology center of Chinese rubber machinery manufacturers, GRM, guided by the principle of “In Science We Trust”, keeps enriching its product chain, which covers tires for passenger car, light truck, lorry and construction vehicles, and has the capacity of turkey operations of the full set of radial-tire equipment. Its two projects “Research and Development of All-steel Radial Giant Tire Shaping Machine” and “Research and Development of All-steel Radial Giant Tire Hydraulic Vulcanizing Machine” have been included in China’s National Science & Technology Support Program. So far, GRM has 154 effective patents, including 42 patents for invention.
