Recently, supported by KraussMaffei’s specialized injection molding equipment and technologies, Lion Bike launched all-new bike series for children. It is the first time for the green and low carbon raw materials to be used in the bike industry.

The frame and fork are made of high-performance PA6 with 40 percent recycled carbon fibers by using KraussMaffei’s MX 1600 mold injection machine, making the bike have a clean look with no welded seams at all, high safety, a stylish design and, most importantly, a mini-CO2 footprint.

With a screw diameter of 120 mm, KraussMaffei MX series injection molding machine is able to carry out injection at 300 mm/s, thus achieving a large volume with rapid mold filling. In addition, it features compact design and low energy consumption.
