Sionchem Europe Holdings PLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Corporation established in London, UK on April 27, 1997.

The main responsibility is to conduct supervision, inspection, research and offer service to Sinochem subsidiaries and representative offices in Europe.

There are four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Sinochem (UK) Ltd, Sinochem International oil London Co., Ltd, Sinochem Trading Hamburg GMBH, and Sinochem Moscow Co.,Ltd. In addition, it also takes in charge of Sionchem Moscow Representative Office.
