I am staring at the welkin with stars twinkling feeling the moonlight besprinkling around me. The night of Aoshan is so charming. I’m sinking into the memory while browsing the photos taken before graduation and remembering that wonderful time. On the nights in the early summer before last, I was a college student. At that time I was enjoying my last period of wonderful time in my college days luxuriously in the mid-night street, or talking about life and ideals with my roommates and brothers. But now, I am sitting in my office in Xingzhong of SINOCHEM calmly enjoying a cup of fragrant tea with my growing up of more than 600 days and nights waving into my thought.

Two yeas ago, I cut my hair reluctantly and came to Xingzhong of Sino-pec with longing and strangeness. At that time, I told myself I must be faced with the baptism from the college of society since I said good-bye to my insouciant schooldays. Inspiringly, I have had an uneasy parting emotion to Xingzhong of SINOCHEM and the passion of realizing my life value has been lit up in my heart.

I have been growing up confidently and happily in Xingzhong. I remember when I hosted a meeting/party for the first time, I couldn’t hide my tension and scare but leaders’ trust and colleagues’ friendliness gave great encouragement to me . I remember those sleepless nights, in which I have written out “An advice to my company” merrily and lively and I was moved and comprehended every history and development of Xingzhong. I remember I still practiced my English in cold morning wind in order to improve my capacity to expand business field of our company in the future……All of these may be a little bit childish but they recorded my path of growing up.

I have been understood for the last two years that it is only to perceive the society with my heart, to be earnest and down-to-earth and to peg away that makes me showing myself to my heart’s content on the stage of SINOCHEM. The way of my future will be very long, nevertheless I shall persevere in my effort to grow up more rapidly and higher.
