The 2021 APEC CEO Summit opened on November 11. In his capacity as the Chairman of APEC China Business Council and the Chinese representative of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), Frank Ning, Chairman of Sinochem Holdings, attended and delivered a speech at the special session hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). On the same day, Ning attended the plenary meeting of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Dialogue with the ABAC representatives via video, and presided over the second panel discussion.

He believed that the Chinese business community had played a more effective role by actively taking part in APEC activities and making use of APEC platforms.
