On May 23, Sinochem Holdings convened a Leading Party Group Meeting (enlarged) to announce the appointment decision: Mr. Li Fuli was appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Leading Party Group Member of Sinochem Holdings. The appointment and dismissal of relevant positions shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Mr. Li previously served as Deputy General Manager, Chief Accountant and Leading Party Committee Member of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and concurrently served as Chairman of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, China Resources Capital Holdings Ltd., China Resources SZITIC Trust Co. Ltd., China Resources Bank of Zhuhai Co. Ltd. and China Resources Microelectronics Limited. Prior to those, he was Vice President and  Leading Party Group Member of China Minmetals Corporation, General Manager of Minmetals Investment and Development Co. Ltd., Chairman of MMG Limited, Minmetals NonFerrous Metals Holdings Co. Ltd. and Minmetals Land Limited.

Mr. Li holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and EMBA Degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
