Syngenta recently launched VICTRATO®, its newest seed treatment product, at the World Seed Congress 2022 in Barcelona.
At its digital booth, Syngenta focused its presentation on crop-damaging nematodes and showcased the company’s new seed treatment product VICTRATO®. Based on Syngenta’s TYMIRIUMTM technology, VICTRATO® serves as an innovative solution to the difficult problem of nematode control. It effectively controls all types of nematodes and major fungal diseases without damaging plant or soil health. VICTRATO® features a low-dosage active ingredient and is very easy to use. Through games, holograms and other interactive means, Syngenta also helped participants to understand more vividly how its innovative product protects plants in all aspects.
The World Seed Congress is organized by the International Seed Federation (ISF), a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It is the largest and most comprehensive annual seed conference, and it represents participants at the highest level in the international seed industry; therefore, it’s considered by some to be the seed industry’s “Olympics.” The main topic of this year’s conference highlighted the seed industry’s positive contributions to crop productivity and sustainability, which feeds the world’s growing population. It was attended by nearly 1,400 delegates from 70 countries around the world.
